We're working in sync to support those struggling with
Executive Functioning Disorder (EFD)

Become a Certified Insync Coach and Join the Wellness Industry

Fitness trainers, teachers, tutors, counselors and motivational coaches have learned the Insync approach to expand their freelance practices and enter the wellness industry.

It’s rewarding work and a great complement to any portfolio of offerings. Let us help you expand your skills and practice and create the opportunity to become a part of our network.

What You Will Do as an EFD Coach

As an EFD coach, you’ll create and deliver a structured, practical solution-focused program or “master blueprint” of goals and tasks and communicate them in doable segments that support the client’s success.  Working in sync with a licensed EFD therapist, the interventions and guidance you provide will be based on an assessment and understanding of the adult’s Executive Functioning deficits.

The EFD coach helps the client accomplish needed tasks and actions they struggle with and cannot do on their own, in other words, the coach helps them get things done. It’s all about increasing action and goal-directed behavior. The task may be a routine one, or a significant undertaking.

Executive Functioning Disorder coaching interventions may vary greatly in complexity and duration depending on the individual’s goals.

  • Frequency – The EFD coach may meet only once with a client and accomplish the task during that one meeting, or may work with an individual for weeks, months, or years.
  • Location – The EFD coach may meet with a client at an office, home, gym, college campus, cafe or anywhere assistance is needed.
  • Communications – Between meetings, texts and phone calls keep things on track.

To help you learn the Insync approach to treating adults with EFD, we offer a book, videos and one-on-one sessions,  and you can earn CEUs/CEs.
