About the Founders
Dr. Clare Joy Manning
Clare Joy Manning, Psy.D is a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with young adults and adults with Executive Functioning Deficits. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with many young adults and adults in a variety of settings across the United States including non-profit Chicago urban community mental health clinics and psychiatric hospitals, top tier addictions treatment centers in Chicago and Northern California, educational settings, and private organizations.
Her work has included assessment, therapy, and interventions with a variety of disorders including Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, Mood Disorders, Asperger’s Disorder, Addiction and Substance Abuse Disorders, and learning disorders. She is the co-founder and co-owner of Insync Support, and the co-creator of the Synchronized Support Model of care for working clinically adults with Executive Functioning Deficits.
Dr. Manning has provided valued consultation and training to professionals regarding psychological and developmental disorders, and technology –enhanced interventions. Her substantial clinical experience brings depth and relevance to her work and makes evident her dedication to improving clinical outcomes for Adults with Executive Functioning Deficit Disorder.
Michael was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was his own personal struggles in his young adult life, and then mastery of them, that led him into the field of motivational and fitness coaching.
He graduated from and completed an addiction studies program at Bethany College. He is also a certified personal trainer with over ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry and has trained clients of varying strengths, levels and abilities. He is a former lead ropes course instructor, and built and ran the health & wellness department at CRC Health Group in Scotts Valley. He started his private coaching practice called XF Coaching in 2007.
Through the years as a drug and alcohol addiction counselor and fitness trainer, he developed his own practice and unique style of one-to-one support as a Motivational Life Coach. That then morphed into synchronized support while working with Dr. Manning. He is now CEO and master coach at Insync Support.
He successfully raised a daughter as a single parent and is now expecting a second child with his new wife.
